This series machine is heavy-duty CNC horizontal lathe, which execute the national current accuracy standard, and collect electrical automatic control, hydraulic control and modern mechanical design etc. multi-disciplinary precision manufacturing technology. It's a kind of machine with mechanical and electrical integration. The machine tool has the characteristics of high dynamic and static rigidity, long service life, high processing efficiency, high reliability, convenient operation and beautiful appearance etc.
1. This series of machines are applicable for high speed steel and hard alloy steel cutter to process ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non metal shaft, cylinder and disc type parts, turning the outer circle, end face, grooves, and boring the hole, threading, cutting arc surface and conical surface etc.
2. This series lathe adopts separated four guide ways, and the guide way of carriage adopts static pressure guide way structure.
3. The main transmission is driven by DC motor; the spindle speed is controlled by two gears shift.
4. The headstock spindle is through shaft structure which adopts high precision double rows cylindrical roller bearing with adjustable radial clearance, and large diameter spindle and the best supporting span after the optimization design, so improved the rotary precision of the spindle and dynamic and static stiffness. The center on the spindle adopts the flange type short taper shank structure, which improves the connection rigidity of the center and the spindle.
5. The transversal feed of the tool post adopts ball screw and that of longitudinal feed adopt gear and rack with double gear sticks clearance eliminating structure, the combination of the large tool post and feedbox improves the transmission accuracy.
6. The tailstock is an integral box structure, the core shaft in the quill adopt high precision double rows cylindrical roller bearing with adjustable radial clearance, the center is mated with flange type short taper shank, so that the tailstock has a very high stiffness, the movement of sleeve and tailstock are both motorized with automatic clamping and relax. And equipped with hydraulic force measuring device
7. Optional accessories: according to the customer's requirement, we can supply double tool posts, milling and boring device, grinding device, spindle graduating device and tool adjusting device beside the machine etc.
8. For C series heavy duty lathe, the main transmission and feed transmission adopt separated structure, the machine has CNC function.
