The usage of the machine: the machine is a special equipment for boring deep hole of cylindrical workpieces. While boring, the oil supplied from the oil pressure head take the metal chips from the cutting area to the lantern and chip converyer in the front of the headstock.
The machine is controled by PLC, and the feed of the oil pressure head and carriage is controled by the servo motor, The feeding rack installed in the middle of the bed guideway guarantee the requirement of feed accuracy and rigidity for the long travel. The protection guard installed on both sides of the bed and overground oil tank improve the working environment. The machine can be mated with automatic or manual telescopic tool so as to improve the machining efficiency greatly.
