Product Description

   
This machine is mainly used for all kinds of rotary parts processing, such as cylindrical, end surface, grooving, tapering, circular arc and curved surface, threading, etc.
This machine is an economical heavy horizontal lathe with nc function (but not by NC precision inspection) ,which is designed by my company independent development. The main transmission and feed  adopts separable type. this machine is equipped Siemens 808 d system, two axis half-closed control.
The bed adopts integral three guide, spindle box adopts through shaft type, two supports, the highest speed is 160 r/min. At the same time, special gated type tool post is equipped.The tailstock and tailstock sleeve movement adopts motor way; Tailstock locking adopts manual mode; Sleeve locking adopts disc spring clamping hydraulic release structure .A big platform and hanging button station is easy to operate.
