Product Description

The TY300 fully automatic DE-oiling machine is new type of green, environmentally, clean and energy-saving equipment, widely used in the separation of oil chips in metal cutting machine. It can be controlled independently or parallel to the machine to form a fully automatic oil removal equipment controlled by the machine.
This product is a high-performance separator designed to forcibly separate chips that adhere to oil. It utilizes the principle of mechanical centrifugation and uses a variable frequency motor to regulate the centrifugal speed, allowing for the optimal efficiency of oil removal for chips of different sizes.
When the DE-oiling machine is in operation, the chips are continuously and evenly fed into the chip inlet of the DE-oiling machine, working continuously without interruption. The iron chips after DE-oiling automatically fall into the chip collection car, and the extracted oil continuously flows into the recovery oil pipe. The processing capacity of this DE-oiling machine is approximately 150L/h per unit time.
