The TY300 fully automatic degreaser is a new type of green, environmentally friendly, clean and energy-saving equipment produced by our company, widely used for oil chip separation in metal cutting machine tools. It can be controlled independently or in parallel with the machine tool to form machine tool control. The structure is simple, the maintenance cost is low, and the failure rate is small, which can replace high-end similar products from abroad.
This product utilizes the principle of mechanical centrifugation and uses a variable frequency motor to regulate the centrifugal speed, which can achieve optimal efficiency in degreasing chips of different sizes. The maximum chip length does not exceed 150mm, and its oil removal rate can reach over 95%. The chip processing capacity ranges from 150KG/hour to 200KG/hour.
