TK2110G/ 1-z CNC Ejector
 drilling type deep hole drilling machine


This machine tool is a kind of high efficiency, high accuracy, high automation compound type deep hole drilling machine, which can achieve the outer remove chip method (gun drilling), single pipe inner remove chip method (BTA) and double pipe ejector drilling method three kinds of solid drilling process method, and it can process through hole, blind hole and step hole. The machine can realize good machining accuracy and surface roughness by one continuous drilling instead of drilling, expanding and reaming processing.

 The bed and spindle box are both adopts high-quality cast iron, with good rigidity and stability. Floor type integral protection, control station is located on the sliding door, overall beautiful, and it is easy to operate.

2,Spindle box and drill pipe box are driven by ac servo spindle motor, stepless speed regulation. Feed motion is driven by ac servo motor, ball screw pair drive, stepless speed regulation.

3.Oil feeder jacking mode, guider carriage movement is driven by constant torque output servo motor , jacking force can be adjusted.

4,It adopts the structure of aboveground oil tank, and equipped with automatic chip removal machine, which can receive the chips discharged from different positions of the machine tool for convenient cleaning and maintenance.

5The cooling system is composed of high and low pressure systems. According to different processing methods, the corresponding pump group is selected to connect the output oil pipe and the oil inlet device through the quick-change connector. At the same time, the oil cooler machine is equipped to control the oil temperature.
