Product Description

     2m2125A CNC deep hole strength honing machine is suitable for the cylindrical deep hole workpiece honing and polishing processing, such as all kinds of hydraulic cylinder, cylinder precision pipes, etc. Especially for precision cylinder workpiece for honing and polishing processing. The aperture processing accuracy can reach IT7 level or above, the surface roughness must achieve Ra0.2., it can be powerful honing directly for some cold drawn steel pipe. 
       This machine adopts the casting bed body, equipped with Siemens 808 d nc system, servo motors for reciprocating feed motor, honing head rotation driven by frequency conversion motor through grinding rod box. Honing head adopts servo motor drive sprocket chain drives the carriage to realize reciprocating motion, through the program control can control the position of the honing head.  
      Dragging plate installed on the straight line guide rail, with high service life and high precision. Honing head adopts hydraulic constant pressure expansion, stable sand of the honing force, to ensure the workpiece roundness and cylindricity. Honing pressure can adjust, and set up the high and low voltage control,
