Dezhou Zhuoer Casting Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong prisson Group Co., Ltd. and is the largest machine tool professional casting production enterprise in Northwest Shandong. The company covers an area of 150000 square meters, with a total construction area of 90000 square meters. It has 260 employees and 30 engineering technicians, including 20 senior titles.
Since the first phase of the project was selected in August 2003 and put into operation in August 2004, after deepening internal management, all the work has been fully on the fast track of high-speed development. In 2006, our company also successfully completed the ISO9001-2000 quality, ISO14001-2004 environment, ohsas18001-1999 occupational health three major system certification. In August, 2006, the second phase of our company started construction, and the second phase project was put into operation in November 2007. At present, the annual production capacity has reached more than 40000 tons.
Our company mainly produces various brands of gray cast iron, high strength alloy cast iron, nodular cast iron, non-ferrous metal castings; the main products are machine tool castings, power generation equipment castings, internal combustion engine castings, compressor castings, single piece mass up to 25 tons, the maximum length up to 10 meters. Castings are exported to Japan, the United States, Singapore, Germany and other countries. It is a designated casting manufacturer of Mazak company and Muye company, and has long-term cooperation with more than 10 domestic machinery enterprises.
