                                          The equipment introduction:
        TZK20 type CNC deep hole skiving and rolling machine is suitable for skiving and rolling machining of precision pipe, such as all kinds of hydraulic cylinder, air cylinder,and so on. The aperture processing accuracy can reach IT7 ~ IT9 level, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2-0.4 um. Machine with double rectangular guide rail bed body structure ,which can  ensure the carriage movement rigidity and geometric accuracy.
            The main purpose of the device is to complete the hydraulic oil cylinder inner hole surface finishing processing in the shortest possible time.
And especially suitable for precision cold drawn pipe scraping and rolling processing and hot rolled tube finishing processing after rough boring process. Processing method is a kind of rapid processing of inner hole based on the precision of cylinder and there is an oil storage oil film is formed on the inner wall.
          The machine is equipped with Siemens 802d CNC system, boring bar box adopts 37 kw Ac frequency conversion motor, stepless speed regulation in two level. Spindle bearings use high precision bearings, wafangdian city,so the spindle has high rigidity, and rotary precision. Feed box adopts Siemens 7.75 kw AC servo motor, stepless speed regulation, equipped with ball screw mechanism. Machine tool bed body uses casting structure, double rectangular guideway. Cooling system filtering method adopt screw pump group 600 l/min, motor power 7.5 kw.
